Sophie Honess is a textile artist, specialising in weaving, embroidery, tufting, and latch
- hook techniques. She creates works which respond to her immediate environment of Gomeroi country.
She is also a weaver with Yinarr Maramali, a first-nations business who practice and teach cultural Gomeroi weaving in the local community.
